Personalized, One on One Physical Therapy sessions are provided in Middle and parts of Eastern Tennessee at a rate of $75 dollars per hour.  We have mobile service up to 80 miles one way to service middle and parts of eastern Tennessee.  Note for home sessions over 30 miles one way there is an additional $ 25 dollar per hour charge.  Virtual sessions after the initial session and treatment plan are $75 dollars per hour anywhere in the United States.  Patients may come from other states to visit for an initial setup (Envision System Guided Physical Therapy - separate service agreement) and  we can work with a therapist back in your state if they wish to collaborate.
